What is the easiest way to find the items I am looking for?
There are 2 ways of searching for an item on the website. First, use the search engine widget located at the top of the page. You can use the brand name as the keyword plus the item name. Try not to be too specific as that could narrow down your choices too much. Second, you could use the menu bar. If you're unsure of the item name, then this might be the better option because the products are all sorted according to Brand, Product Type, and/or Product Use. If you’re having difficulties, then Contact Us and we’ll assist you right away.
Can I send my prescriptions to Internet Pharmacy? If so, what is the process?
Internet Pharmacy does not currently accept prescriptions via the website. If you would like to have a prescription filled please contact us by phone and we can arrange this for you.
Are all Internet Pharmacy products less expensive than elsewhere?
With our online business model, we make sure that our products are sold at the lowest possible price. Nothing makes us happier than letting you shop with us in full confidence that you are buying every product at its best price.
Ordering and Payment
How do I pay for my products?
You can pay via Credit Card (VISA) or by bank deposit. Please note that if you choose to pay via bank deposit your items may take longer to reach you as we only dispatch once payment shows in our account. Credit card payments are made in real time and are therefore able to be dispatched more quickly.
Are credit card transactions over the Internet safe?
We understand that some people are concerned when buying items over the internet using their credit cards. Internet Pharmacy uses DPS to process our credit card payments as they have a highly-secure credit card management system. Credit card information such as your credit card number and PIN will not be stored by Internet Pharmacy.
Do I have to sign-up for an account just to order?
The great thing with Internet Pharmacy is that you don’t have to sign up, you can just order as a Guest. However, if you wish to be a regular customer, it is recommended that you create an account. This will make ordering much simpler for you the next time plus you can also have a record of your past orders.
Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?
No. You can order as much as you want.
Is it possible to order via Fax or Phone?

Can my family member's order be combined in the same package to help me save on the freight charge?
Yes. Order your items together under one order to save on freight charges. If you want to make two separate orders on the same day then please make a note on the payment form that you would like to have the orders shipped together to the same address.

What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver?
You can have another person receive the item/s for you. Simply provide us with his/her name and contact details.
Do you ship internationally?
For the meantime, we only ship within NZ.
If I need something straight away can you help me?
All items are delivered within 2 to 6 business days. If you need an item urgently, we can have it express mailed to you at an extra cost. Please phone us on (09) 267 5295 to discuss prior to making your order.
What am I to do if part of my order is missing?
If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe specified above, please contact us on +64 9 267 5295 or email us.
