Bodichek Hot/Cold Pack is specially designed for comfortable and convenient application of heat or cold to painful areas of the body.
Cold application: leave in the freezer for 15-20min then wrap in towel and use
Hot application: Boil 4 - 5 litres of water then place pack in the water but remove from stove, leave in water for 10 mins, then wrap in towel and use.
